3-DAY OFFLINE TEST
We are not scoring the team. We are looking for places where the operating setup makes normal work wait for the founder, where decision authority is unclear, or where important information is missing.
Keep each entry short and factual.
Log an incident when
Do not log every normal task. The goal is to capture useful evidence, not create admin.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not enter passwords, sensitive personal information, payment-card details or confidential customer information.
