How much of the work do you do with us?
Where implementation is in scope, we design the new way of working with you, put it into practice, test it on real work and hand ownership over.
You are not left with a document and a longer to-do list.
Do we need to buy a Check first?
Only if the problem isn't clear enough to scope honestly. If you already know what needs fixing, we skip it.
Do you implement software or tools?
No. We don't build, configure or resell systems. If a tool is genuinely the answer, we'll say so and you'll buy it yourself.
How long does this take?
The Business Operations Check takes one to two weeks. A single contained fix is usually three to four weeks. Larger projects run from four to twelve weeks depending on how much has to change. The people doing the work are involved throughout, rather than pulled into a workshop.
What does it cost?
The Business Operations Check is $995. If your business is smaller and that isn't the right place to start, tell us what's stuck and we'll say what it is.
For implementation it depends on what has to change, so we don't publish a range. You'll get an estimate on screen, and the confirmed price after we've reviewed your answers.
What happens when you finish?
That is the last stage of work, not an afterthought. We test the new way of working on real work and hand ownership to named people before we finish. If it only holds together while we are there, it is not finished.
