WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
It might just end here
Some Checks end there. You have the Map, the first 30 days are things your own people can do, and you get on with it. That's a good outcome and it happens.
Some end with us scoping a piece of work. If that's where it lands, one page of the Map says what kind of help it needs and what sort of effort it takes. There are no prices in the Map and nothing attached to it.
If you do want us to do the work, the confirmed scope and price come after we've reviewed everything, not in the delivery call.

We say so and stop, rather than stretching the Check to cover it. The Map still stands, and it tells you what the bigger piece would involve.

Do you need access to our systems?
No. We work from what you send us. We don't log into anything and we don't configure anything.
What if we don't agree with the diagnosis?
Every finding is labelled confirmed, likely or needs checking, and says what it rests on. Where something isn't confirmed, we give you the check you can run yourself. Disagreeing with it is a normal part of the Delivery Call.
